Hi I’m Jennifer Stafford and I am passionate about Fairs & Festivals and the importance of them in our communities. I have 13 years of large scale event experience, in positions such as exhibit rep, events coordinator, non-profit manager, and most recently CEO/Fair Manager. I have a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Communication with an emphasis in marketing. Recently I left my full time Fair Manager position to help with our family business and homeschool my kids. Being that I am fresh out of a small Fair office, I am very familiar with how hard your office staff works and the many hats that they wear to put on a successful event. I have witnessed a gap in the industry where Fairs and Festivals cannot keep up with the demand of social media marketing leading up to their events and many missed opportunities to grow their following and engage with their local community. I created Midway Socials to fill that gap with budgets and flexibility in mind.
